To celebrate International Women's Day, women are invited to come together in dance, to call for an end to violence against women and girls around the world. The event, "One Billion Rising: Break the Chain," will be at noon at the Alumni & Friends Circle on the WCSU Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. It is free and the public is invited.
