Alumni can take advantage of wonderful travel opportunities and day trips while supporting their alma mater. Travel with a group of friends or book a more intimate reservation. The following trips are planned in 2013:

Join WCSU alumni and friends for a day of fun and leisure at the enchanting Mohonk Mountain House, a timeless, classic choice of Hudson Valley Resorts.
Transportation will depart WCSU's Midtown campus at 8 a.m. We will depart back to Danbury at 4 p.m. Cost is $102/person and includes roundtrip transportation, presentation on the history of Mohonk Mountain House, lunch, tax and tip.

Alumni Travel: Romantic Rhine and Mosel River Cruise SOLD OUT!
April 10-19, 2013
Featuring 10 days in The Netherlands, Germany, France and Switzerland, this trip, sponsored by the WCSU Alumni Association and Mayflower Tours, includes airfare from NY, airport transfers when booked through Mayflower Tours, 22 meals, accommodations including seven nights aboard the Amadeus Princess, tour manager and $50 in Mayflower Money. Departure date: April 10.

Brunch Cruise Around The Big Apple

Join us for a brunch cruise aboard World Yacht, New York's premier dining cruise line and take in the spectacular views of NYC. Sights will include the New York skyline, the New Jersey waterfront, the spectacular bridges, Ellis Island, Liberty Island, Governor's Island and an up close view of the majestic Statue of Liberty. The price of $110/person includes roundtrip transportation, cruise, brunch, tax and tip. Transportation will depart WCSU's Midtown campus at 9 a.m. The cruise will board at 11:30 a.m. and dock at around 2 p.m.

Join alumni, faculty, staff and friends for a shopping trip to beat all shopping trips. Hop on board the bus bound for Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. Once there, you are free to explore the 220 outlet stores at your leisure. Transportation will depart WCSU's Midtown campus at 8 a.m. We will depart back to Danbury at 6 p.m. Cost is $39/person and includes roundtrip transportation, tax and tip.

Alumni Family Day at Lake Compounce

Spend a fun-filled day with your family and fellow alumni at Lake Compounce in Bristol, Conn.
Cost is $35 per person (children 3 & under are admitted and eat for free). Price includes admission, parking, all-you-can-eat lunch buffet in the lakeside catering pavilion from 12 to 2:30 p.m., unlimited free soda all day throughout the park, unlimited use of rides, shows and attractions (except the Skycoaster), unlimited access to Splash Harbor, Connecticut's biggest water park.

San Gennaro Festival in New York City

Join alumni, faculty, staff and friends for a trip to the San Gennaro Festival in New York City. The 86th Annual Feast of San Gennaro takes place annually on the streets of historic Little Italy. Although this is an annual celebration of faith, the Feast of San Gennaro is known the world over for its festive atmosphere featuring 11 days of religious processions and colorful parades, free musical entertainment every day, a wide variety of ethnic food delicacies, charming restaurants and cafes and even a world-famous cannoli-eating competition! Transportation will depart WCSU's Midtown campus at 8:30 a.m. We will depart back to Danbury at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $45/person and includes roundtrip transportation, tax and tip.
