WestConn Met & Married Program

Are you and your spouse WestConn alumni? If so, you are WestConn Sweethearts.
WestConn has more than 900 Met & Married couples. To ensure we have you on our WestConn Sweethearts mailing list, update your information online, e-mail us at alumni@wcsu.edu or call the Alumni Office at (203) 837-8298. Special events are planned annually with WestConn Sweethearts in mind. Visit the alumni calendar often for a full list of upcoming events planned for WCSU alumni and friends.
The WestConn Sweethearts program, created in 2007, has reached an important milestone. To date, more than 60 sweetheart bricks have been purchased and dedicated in the WestConn Sweethearts area on the university’s Midtown campus. In spring 2012, this special area was officially dedicated with a granite marker and cast bronze plaque to honor our Met & Married alumni.

WestConn Sweethearts Brick Campaign
We know your connection to WestConn is strong. As a WestConn Sweetheart, not only did you receive a great education here, but this also is the place where you met the love of your life. Now you can commemorate both of these important milestones in a unique and memorable way by personalizing a brick engraved with your names and wedding date –– a purchase that affirms the flourishing relationship between you and your spouse and highlights your place on the timeline of your alma mater.
With your support, the WestConn Sweethearts area will continue to flourish into a garden filled with plantings that will accent the items dedicated there. Please consider supporting this area by purchasing a commemorative brick or making a contribution so we can ensure this area continues to thrive.
For more information about this tax-deductible program, call Tammy Hammershoy, director of Alumni Relations, at (203) 837-8290. To place your order, complete the WestConn Sweethearts order form, and return it with your payment to the:
