For faculty, Banner Self Serve provides them with access to their class rosters, student academic history information, the ability to electronically submit grades, and other information. Starting on March 15, 2012, printing in the staffed and 24 hour computer centers at WestConn will be greener than ever!
WestConn is pleased to introduce ConnectPrint, a new system that will help us make printing easier and considerably reduce printer waste and supplies.
The Connect Suite is a collection of web-based services brought to you by a collaboration between WestConn and Microsoft. The suite includes services such as: ConnectMail, WestConn's new e-mail system; Office Live, a document collaboration tool; and SkyDrive, an online file storage service. [further overview]
E-Learning (Blackboard Vista, WebCT)
Blackboard Vista allows students to access academic materials online in order to accomplish their instructional goals. With Vista, it is possible to provide the following online: Assessments, Assignments, Chat and Whiteboard, Discussions, Content Files, Media Libraries, Syllabus, Learning Modules, URLs, Course Calendar, Announcements, and Course Mail. All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to get a WestConn Email account for official WestConn business. Once your account has been created, you will have access to your email from any computer on or off–campus that has access to the Internet.

WestConn Windows Account
A WestConn Windows Account is necessary for students, faculty, and staff to access the University’s network from the computer centers, classrooms, labs, offices, residence halls, and wireless network.
